CONDITION MONITORING

Q-Air offers high standard condition monitoring which assists in diagnosing problems with your compressor and or motor bearings before it fails. Once the readings have been taken they are downloaded to the technician’s computer, saved and stored. A full report will be printed and a soft copy sent (if required) including data, alarms and graphs both in two and three dimensions. The reports provide a history log of your compressor bearings, allowing Q-Air to accurately diagnose possible faults before they turn into catastrophic failures.
